Nordstern Real Estate – Dubai

This is a full time, in house creative role producing high quality video and photo content that showcases luxury properties and aspirational lifestyles. You will own the process from planning shoots to final delivery, working closely with the marketing team to ensure every asset reflects Nordstern’s brand and vision.

The Role

You will capture and produce premium property and lifestyle content. This means filming and photographing properties across Dubai, creating edits for social platforms and long form tours, and contributing creatively to how Nordstern tells its story through visuals.

What You Will Do

• Film and photograph properties, agents, and lifestyle content
• Capture both detailed property features and aspirational lifestyle shots
• Edit for multiple formats: short form (Reels, TikTok) and long form (YouTube, Podcasts)
• Deliver edited content within 3 working days of each shoot
• Plan and coordinate shoots with the marketing team and agents
• Add creative input into the content planning process
• Ensure all content is consistent with Nordstern’s brand and optimised for each platform
• Manage equipment (provided by Nordstern), storage, and asset organisation
• Deliver content on agreed timelines, ready for posting or campaign use

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 2–3 years real estate videography/photography experience in Dubai (portfolio required)
• Strong portfolio/showreel that demonstrates property and lifestyle content
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar tools
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling
• Experience producing both vertical and long form edits
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Valid UAE driving licence and access to a car
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to work independently
• Collaborative mindset, able to contribute to the creative process
• Flexibility to shoot evenings or weekends when required
