The Brand Photographer & Videographer is responsible for creating high-quality photography and video content that supports the company’s marketing initiatives, brand storytelling, and agent marketing needs. This role produces professional visual content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, recruiting efforts, and company events.
The position focuses primarily on brand and content production while also providing photography and video support for agent headshots and real estate listings when needed.

- Brand Photography and Videography
- Plan, organize, create and edit photography and rich media video content for social media, websites and other marketing platforms that benefit the company and real estate agents.
- Produce professional photo and video content for brand marketing, recruiting initiatives, company storytelling and digital campaigns.
- Capture visual content that supports marketing campaigns, agent promotion, office initiatives and company communications.
- Attend and photograph company meetings, events and marketing initiatives.
- Agent Headshots and Personal Branding
- Photograph professional agent headshots and personal branding imagery across company offices.
- Coordinate scheduled headshot sessions and individual requests from agents.
- Maintain consistent brand quality and visual standards across all photography.
Real Estate Photography and Video
- Take high quality interior and exterior photographs of residential properties when requested.
- Provide video and drone support for property marketing and agent initiatives.
- Assist with staging or decluttering when necessary to prepare properties for photography.
- Support the future development of listing photography services offered to agents.
- Video Production and Editing
- Define, create and edit video content for digital platforms including social media and company websites.
- Edit photography and video content using professional editing software.
- Capture and edit short-form and long-form video including brand stories, agent features and marketing campaigns.
- Provide post-production support including color correction, audio adjustments and formatting for digital platforms.
- Content Collaboration and Support
- Confer with marketing leadership to determine content needs and production priorities.
- Assist with storyboarding, shot planning and visual execution of marketing campaigns.
- Serve as a technical resource for employees and agents regarding photography, video and content creation.
- Provide photo editing and media support to agents and employees.
- Visual Asset Management
- Capture community photography and brand visuals for use in marketing libraries and company websites.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of photography and video assets for marketing use.
Additional Responsibilities
- Provide general marketing and technology assistance as assigned.
- Research new tools and approaches that improve visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent coursework in photography, videography, marketing, communications or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- 2–3 years of professional photography or videography experience.
- Experience producing content for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience editing photo and video content using professional software.
- Real estate photography experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge and Skills
- Strong artistic ability including composition, framing, color and lighting.
- Excellent technical photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and real estate agents.
- Desire to learn new technology and creative production techniques.
Other
- Ability to travel to company offices for content creation and headshot sessions.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability for company events.
- FAA Part 107 drone certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
