Key Responsibilities

Shoot and edit high-quality real estate videos: property tours, lifestyle clips, agent features, and events.

Produce short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.

Manage the entire production process — from shooting, lighting, and sound to editing, color grading, and delivery.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and trend-driven.

Deliver fast-turnaround edits for social media using CapCut and other editing tools.

Requirements

Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, and color grading.

Expert-level CapCut skills for quick, polished short-form content.

Experience shooting with Full Frame and APS-C cameras.

Ability to create high-performing Reels — strong hooks, smooth transitions, and trend awareness.

Basic motion graphics and subtitle editing skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast under deadlines.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
