Excellent After Effects skills (this is critical)

We’re re-advertising this role after a failed hire, and we’re being deliberately clear this time so both sides are clear.

This is not a standard videographer or editor role.
If you’re looking for light hours, vague briefs, or to “just edit what’s given” — this is not for you.

If you want responsibility, creative ownership, fast progression, and to be paid directly on the success of your work, read on.

This is a permanent long term role. Not short term contract style. We need to build something special together.

The Role

We are looking for a Videographer & Editor to sit at the heart of our growth engine.

Your fingerprints will be all over the outward-facing work of the company - brand, trust, and paid conversion. This is a role for someone who wants to drive direction, not just execute tasks.

You’ll work across two very different types of video, both equally important:

Part 1: High-Level Trust & Brand Building

Slower, polished, long-form work designed to build belief and authority.

Examples:

  • Behind-the-scenes micro documentaries
  • “Why invest in England” and UK market education
  • About-us and staff-focused content (including limited home / family context)
  • Netflix-style product and launch videos

This work must:

  • Build trust
  • Feel premium and considered
  • Make people want to stay close to the brand

Part 2: Paid Ads & Immediate Conversion

Fast, performance-driven work where results matter.

Examples:

  • 60–90 second paid ads
  • Heavy focus on hooks, proof, and outcomes
  • Clear CTAs and conversion intent
  • Content built to run on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok

This work must:

  • Hook attention early
  • Drive click-through and booked meetings
  • Be batch-produced efficiently
  • Improve with performance feedback

Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience

You must have:

1) Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro experience (video-first role)

2) Demonstrable, real examples of work you’ve edited (portfolio required)

Clear ability to create video that:

  • Intrigues
  • Builds trust
  • Converts

Strong understanding of:

  • Meta ad structures
  • LinkedIn ads
  • TikTok ads
  • Campaign flow, conversions, and creative iteration

Ability to:

  • Structure days, weeks, and months in advance
  • Batch filming and editing
  • Still deliver urgent short-term tasks when required
  • Comfort taking ownership and backing your creative decisions

Bonus (not essential):

  • Real estate, finance, or high-ticket experience
  • Still image work alongside video

Pay & Progression

We are flexible, based on ability and proof:

  • Junior / limited experience:
  • AED 5,000 – 7,500/month
  • Senior / proven performance (with evidence):
  • AED 10,000 base plus up to AED 10,000 monthly performance bonusJunior hires can progress to senior by hitting clear metrics.

If you don’t yet have senior experience, don’t be offended if we start you lower — progression is fast if performance is real.

Working Reality (Please Read)

  • Long hours at times - especially around launches and campaigns
  • Up to 12 weekend days per year (may not all be used)
  • Occasional early mornings or late nights for:
  • Events
  • Filming staff “home life” or off-hours content
  • Key moments that can’t be captured 9–5

This is a growth role, not a lifestyle role.
