Videographer & Video Editor – Real Estate | Full-Time

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor with real estate experience to produce high-quality video content that drives engagement and brand visibility.

You will be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering professional video content for property listings, social media platforms, digital ads, and corporate branding.

This role requires both technical skill and marketing awareness — not just cinematic visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality property walkthrough videos, reels, and promotional content
• Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and ads
• Create short-form content optimized for engagement and lead generation
• Handle lighting, framing, composition, and audio professionally
• Color correction, sound design, transitions, and motion graphics
• Coordinate with marketing for content planning
• Maintain a consistent brand visual identity
• Organize and archive video footage efficiently

Requirements (Filtered to Attract Serious Candidates)

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional videography & video editing experience
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop (basic thumbnails & covers)
• Experience with short-form social media content
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be based in the UAE or available to work in Ajman
• Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Qualifications (This Filters Out Weak Applicants)

• Experience shooting with DSLR / Mirrorless cameras
• Knowledge of drone videography (UAE license is a plus)
• Understanding of marketing KPIs & performance content
• Portfolio with real estate video samples (mandatory)
