Videographer/Content Creator

Position Overview:

As our Videographer/Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping Bear Creek Arsenal’s visual presence across digital platforms. From filming live-fire demos and factory tours to editing tutorial videos and social content, this role requires someone who is both technically skilled and passionate about firearms, hunting, and outdoor culture.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for YouTube, social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

· Produce a variety of content including product showcases, how-to, live-fire testing, interviews, and event coverage.

· Collaborate with the marketing team on video concepts and campaign strategies.

· Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and drones as needed.

· Edit footage with professional software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).

· Ensure all content aligns with the Bear Creek Arsenal brand and voice.

· Manage digital assets and maintain organized content libraries.

· Stay up to date with trends in video production, firearms content, and social media platforms.

· Travel occasionally for off-site shoots or industry events.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of professional videography and video editing experience.

· Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

· Solid understanding of video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound.

· Strong storytelling ability with a sharp eye for composition, pacing, and detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Must provide a portfolio or demo reel showcasing relevant video work.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Passion for firearms, hunting, and/or the shooting sports industry (required or strongly preferred).

· Experience producing content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms.

· Familiarity with AR-style platforms and firearm safety practices.

· Drone experience and certification is a plus.

· Basic photography and/or graphic design skills a bonus.
