Videographer & Content Creator

bout the Role:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Content Creator with proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video and photo content for property listings, promotional campaigns, social media platforms, and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visual stories that showcase luxury properties and strengthen the company’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for property listings, agent profiles, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging social media content (Reels, stories, YouTube videos, etc.) optimized for different platforms.
• Capture interior and exterior shots of properties with professional lighting, framing, and composition.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop content ideas that align with business objectives.
• Manage post-production editing, including color grading, sound balancing, and motion graphics.
• Ensure all video and photo content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply innovative visual techniques to increase engagement.
• Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring all tools are ready for shoots.
• Occasionally assist in creating promotional materials such as event coverage and company campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Videographer & Content Creator in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of real estate visual storytelling and property showcasing techniques.
• Skilled in drone videography and photography (preferred).
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Own or be able to operate professional camera, lighting, and sound equipment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with luxury property videography and lifestyle branding.
• Knowledge of scriptwriting and storyboarding for property tours.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content analytics.
• Fluency in English and other language is beneficial.
