Roles & Responsibilities

1. Videographer

• Shooting high-quality content for social media & sales-related videos
• Covering Sales Centers, client visits, property tours, and events
• Ability to film in a trendy, dynamic style suitable for Instagram Reels
• Photography support when required

2. Video Editor

• Fast editing and turnaround of daily short sales videos
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, transitions, hooks, typography & storytelling
• Ability to merge creative editing skills with sales-driven messaging
• Enhanced motion graphics skills are required.

Ideal Profile: both candidates should have merged skills (filming + editing) to allow flexibility within the team.

Required Skills & Background

• Experience in social media content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Ability to produce trendy, fast-paced, eye-catching short-form videos
• Preferably with real estate industry exposure or willingness to learn quickly
• Creative mindset, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Logistics & Support Needed

To ensure efficiency and professionalism:

• Provide proper video equipment for the videographer (camera, lenses, gimbal, mic, etc.)
• Provide access to a driver or rented car when filming full-day with sales teams and off-site

Salary Expectation

• Videographer: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000
• Video Editor: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000

(Compensation depending on experience and skill level)
