A Videographer is responsible for capturing high-quality video content for various platforms and purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan video shoots based on project requirements
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
• Set up lighting and sound for indoor/outdoor shoots
• Select appropriate camera angles, shots, and compositions
• Coordinate with directors, clients, or marketing teams
• Maintain and manage video equipment
• Ensure proper file storage and backup after shoots
• Travel to different locations for on-site shoots
• Stay updated with latest filming techniques and equipment

Video Editor

A Video Editor transforms raw footage into polished, engaging final content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and organize raw footage
• Edit videos using software like:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Cut, trim, and arrange clips in sequence
• Add transitions, effects, and motion graphics
• Perform color correction and color grading
• Sync audio and enhance sound quality
• Add background music and subtitles
• Create thumbnails and export videos in required formats
• Collaborate with marketing or creative teams
• Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

Reel Shooter (Short-Form Content Creator) – Job Responsibilities

A Reel Shooter focuses on creating short-form vertical content for social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot vertical videos optimized for platforms like:
• Instagram
• YouTube Shorts
• Capture trending, engaging short-form content
• Plan hooks for first 3–5 seconds
• Use mobile or DSLR cameras effectively
• Shoot behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content
• Edit reels with fast cuts, captions, and trending audio
• Follow current social media trends
• Add on-screen text and transitions
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity
• Optimize videos for engagement (likes, shares, saves)
