Job Title: Videographer / Photographer

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer to produce high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing engaging video content across digital platforms.

This role requires strong storytelling skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery.

Perform professional color grading for video content to ensure visual consistency and cinematic quality.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production:

· Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for marketing campaigns.

· Capture promotional videos, social media content, interviews, and event coverage.

· Develop creative concepts and storyboards.

· Ensure proper lighting, framing, and sound quality during shoots.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

· Edit raw footage into polished final videos.

· Add graphics, subtitles, music, and motion effects.

· Optimize video formats for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).

· Maintain brand consistency in style and tone.

Social Media & Digital Content:

· Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

· Adapt content for paid ad creatives.

· Stay updated with video trends and platform algorithms.

Equipment & Technical Management:

· Operate cameras, drones (if licensed), and audio equipment.

· Maintain video equipment in good working condition.

· Manage video archives and digital assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

· Degree or diploma in Media, Film, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

· 5 - 7 years of professional videography experience.

· Strong portfolio showcasing various video projects.

· Experience in commercial or brand-focused video production.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in:

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o After Effects

o Final Cut Pro (advantage)

o CapCut or similar tools (advantage)

· Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio.

· Basic motion graphics skills (preferred).
