Videographer/Editor

Larry Smith Outdoors is a fishing/hunting production company. We are searching for someone who loves and understands marketing for the outdoors world. Content creation is key for our social media, television show and streaming services. This position requires filming and editing for the show, as well as creating social media posts for our brand.

Our ideal candidate:

LOVES THE OUTDOORS - ALL SEASONS (we film during the winter as well)

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Filming or Relevant Film Experience

Preferred: 3-5 years of social media management

Must be able to travel when needed and occasionally work weekends.

Good at following trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects

Experience with AI

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail.

The candidate must live near Oshkosh or be willing to relocate.

Good Communication skills and accountability.

Drone License is a big plus.
