Our Creative Services media department produces the videos that fishing and outdoor brands are built on: product launches, lifestyle films, interviews, and both long and short form digital series. If you'd rather be behind a camera on a boat than sitting behind a desk, keep reading.

We're looking for a talented visual storyteller who can capture exceptional content and transform it into compelling stories that resonate with target audiences. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives on challenges, adapts quickly in the field, and consistently finds creative solutions to ensure every project is executed at the highest level.

This isn't a typical corporate video role. As our Videographer / Editor, you'll be responsible for both capturing and crafting content that drives product engagement and strengthens brands. One week you may be filming on the water, the next producing a lifestyle campaign in the field, and the next bringing it all together in the edit bay.

Essential Responsibilities

• Film videos on set or on location (40% time will be spent on a boat).
• Shoot and edit a variety of video styles (product, lifestyle, interview, social media, long & short form digital series).
• Edit footage in post-production.
• Comfortable filing with Sony A7Siii, FX6, Action Cam, DJI Drones, etc.
• Willing to travel up to 20-40% of the year
• Comfortable filming outdoors and/or on boats for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in film, advertising, or related field or 3 years professional experience.
• Strong understanding of videography and storytelling.
• High-level experience with operating cameras, filming & editing.
• Proficiency in Premiere and the Creative Cloud.
• Able to work under a deadline.
• Self-motivated and passionate about improving your craft.
• Experience with shooting product videos preferred.
• Experience in special effects using After Effects preferred.
• Fishing or Outdoor Industry experience preferred.

Sizzle Reel or Portfolio must be submitted for consideration.
