Videographer / Photographer — Part-Time to Full-Time Outdoor Influence Design & Build

***Important: Candidates must have the ability to travel around Charlotte in their own vehicle to a variety of projects & job sites.*****

Outdoor Influence Design & Build is looking for a creative, self-motivated Videographer/Photographer to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling to take full ownership of our content across both personal and business social media platforms.

Duties:

• Managing and creating content across all social media accounts (personal and business)
• Filming on location and on site for a variety of projects
• Planning and executing photo and video shoots independently
• Setting up and breaking down cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other necessary gear
• Editing photos and video footage to a professional, publish-ready standard
• Adding graphics, captions, transitions, and effects in post-production
• Preparing B-roll footage and supplementary content to support primary shoots
• Developing creative strategies to grow engagement across social platforms

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and content editing — portfolio required upon submission ***please submit this along with your resume
• Must own and supply your own camera and any necessary equipment
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Strong creative eye with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with our team and clients
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Physical ability to handle and operate equipment for extended periods

Pay: $20.00/hr Schedule: Part-time with potential to grow into a full-time position
