We are currently accepting applications for a highly skilled Videographer and Content Creator to assist with driving sales through social media initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating social media strategies developed in collaboration with the Real Estate Agent and Admin.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop a social media strategy aligned with the agent's goals, targeting the right audience on relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content that showcases properties, highlights local market trends, and positions the agent/brokerage as a trusted advisor
- Craft compelling captions that encourage followers to interact with posts
- Manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages promptly,
- Run social media contests and giveaways to attract new followers and generate leads.
- Track and analyze social media engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with agents or brokers to understand their brand voice and target audience.
- Regularly report on social media performance, providing insights into reach, engagement, and lead generation.
