Video/Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video/Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can produce high-quality visual content while managing social media channels with a strong focus on performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:-

Content Creation

• Produce high-quality videos, reels, animations, and short-form content.
• Design social media graphics, ads, digital banners, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Edit property videos, walkthroughs, testimonials, or brand-related visuals.
• Capture on-site photos/videos when required.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and message.

Social Media & Performance Marketing

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Manage all social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Create and run paid performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Optimize ads for lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, reach, engagement).
• Coordinate landing pages, lead forms, and campaign funnels.
• Improve social media growth through strategic content, viral trends, and consistent engagement.
• Perform competitor analysis and market trend research.
• Track, report, and improve overall social media metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing & graphic design.
• Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or other paid advertising tools.
• Strong understanding of lead-generation strategies.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and performance optimization.
• Real estate industry experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Motion graphics & animation
• Basic copywriting for captions
• Familiarity with branding & marketing
• Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
