Position

VIE - Associate Manager, Demand & Supply plays a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the seamless availability of Kendo Brands across MEATR (Middle East and Africa & Travel Retail).


This role owns the sales forecasting and inventory management process, ensuring accuracy, agility, and strong collaboration between regional, global, and market teams. By aligning demand with supply, the Associate Manager guarantees on-time launches, optimized stock levels, and maximum in-store impact for our brands.

Job responsibilities

Forecasting & Planning


  • Partner with the MEATR Brand Teams and Regional HQ (Paris) to develop, consolidate, and maintain accurate forecasts for all brands.
  • For novelties: align forecasts and timelines to global launch plans to ensure market readiness.
  • For core products: review and update forecasts monthly based on retail performance, market dynamics, and upcoming events.
  • Participate in the S&OP process to communicate local risks, opportunities, and deviations versus budget.

Launch Coordination


  • Lead the end-to-end planning of new product launches — from order placement to in-store availability.
  • Manage and communicate launch calendars, shipment schedules, and quantities to internal teams and retail partners.
  • Ensure perfect execution of launch timelines to maximize brand visibility and sales momentum.


Inventory & Performance Management


  • Analyze sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to monitor performance and identify trends or risks.
  • Maintain healthy stock levels across markets, proactively addressing potential shortages or overstock situations.
  • Partner closely with retailers and distributors to optimize supply efficiency and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Continuously improve supply chain tools, reports, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Serve as the key link between local markets, regional teams, and global operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and execution.
  • Support process improvement initiatives that strengthen planning accuracy and regional collaboration.

Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analysis.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or business analysis.
  • Previous exposure to skincare, makeup, fragrance, or haircare categories is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with planning tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus.
  • Experience working with retailers such as Sephora or other prestige distributors is highly valued.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and analytical, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and global teams.
