Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Vietnamese Language Trainer to join our language training team. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Vietnamese language proficiency to students, working professionals, and corporate learners, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, writing, and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Vietnamese language training from Beginner to Advanced levels
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and sentence structure
• Conduct speaking and conversation practice for fluency development
• Prepare students for Vietnamese proficiency exams (if applicable)
• Design lesson plans, study material, worksheets, and assessments
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and progress evaluations
• Provide cultural insights relevant to Vietnam (business & daily life)
• Adapt teaching methods for online and classroom environments
• Maintain attendance, performance reports, and student feedback
• Support students with doubt-clearing and extra practice sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Vietnamese language (Native / Near-native level preferred)
• Strong command over English or Hindi for explanation
• Prior experience as a language trainer/teacher preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach students of different age groups
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS)
• Certification in Vietnamese language (preferred but not mandatory)

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
