We are hiring an In-Villa Hostess to provide exceptional, personalized guest service within our luxury villas. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay by anticipating their needs, coordinating villa services, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The In-Villa Hostess will serve as the main point of contact for guests, offering warm, professional, and discreet service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Deliver personalized and attentive service, ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared at all times.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and arrangements efficiently and with care.
  • Monitor and maintain villa cleanliness, amenities, and presentation.
  • Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Provide information about villa facilities, resort activities, and local experiences.
  • Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, butler service, or front office roles within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • In-Villa Hostess in luxury 5star hotels: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • Swahili and English (Required)
