Villa Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general maintenance and repair work for the villa, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor HVAC repairs.

* Conduct routine inspections to ensure all villa systems and equipment are functioning properly.

* Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities carried out by external contractors and service providers.

* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.

* Maintain preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

* Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts inventory.

* Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

* Report maintenance issues and recommend cost-effective repair solutions.

* Keep accurate maintenance records and provide regular status updates.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in villa or residential property maintenance.

* Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.

* Experience supervising maintenance workers and coordinating with contractors.

* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Valid driving license is preferred.

* Basic English communication skills.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
