We are looking for an experienced Villa Manager to manage the daily operations and maintenance of a private villa. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to ensure that all household services run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Staff Management:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeepers, chef, gardener, driver, and other staff.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Monitor performance and ensure high-quality standards.
- Recruit and train staff (upon approval).
2. Property Management:
- Maintain cleanliness of the villa and outdoor areas.
- Ensure timely lawn care and plant maintenance.
- Oversee pool cleanliness and equipment functionality.
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance of engineering systems (heating, ventilation, electricity, etc.).
3. Procurement & Logistics:
- Order household supplies, groceries, appliances, and other necessities.
- Manage household expenses and budgets.
- Keep records and reports as needed.
4. Daily Operations & Problem-Solving:
- Liaise with contractors and service providers.
- Handle urgent issues (repairs, power outages, etc.).
- Prepare the property for guests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in household or property management.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle emergencies.
- Knowledge of maintenance and household operations.
