Vinyl Application Specialist

Atlas Sign Industries, a leader in custom signage nationwide, is looking for a Vinyl Application Specialist to join our production team. If you have experience with vinyl application and want to work in a fast-paced, team-first environment, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a full-service sign company offering everything from design and fabrication to installation and maintenance. Our growing workload means we’re hiring now—and we’re looking for people who are ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, weed, tape, and apply vinyl to various materials
• Operate flatbed applicators
• Cut and trim vinyl to job specifications
• Follow detailed blueprints and layout instructions
• Review job orders and artwork with the Floor Supervisor
• Basic computer skills
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards while working efficiently
• Cross-train and support other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with vinyl application and graphic installation
• High school diploma or equivalent (trade school coursework preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Positive team attitude and willingness to assist across departments

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 20–40 lbs regularly
• Good hand-eye coordination and vision required for detailed work
• Must be able to stand and move around for extended periods
• Work is primarily indoors, with variable temperature and humidity
