Work on Events the World Talks About

At Arena, we don’t just support events — we help create environments where unforgettable moments happen. Our teams design, build, and deliver world‑class event spaces for iconic names like Formula 1, the Ryder Cup, and the PGA Tour, working behind the scenes on some of the highest‑profile events in the world.

From the warehouse to the venue, every role plays a part in bringing these experiences to life. With projects spanning the US, UK, Middle East, and Asia, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, collaborate with industry experts, and see the direct impact of your work in real time. If you’re looking for fast‑paced work, real responsibility, and the pride of knowing your efforts help power major global events, Arena is where it all comes together.

Why This Role Matters
Every Arena event starts with materials that look sharp, perform reliably, and are ready for action. As a Vinyl Cleaning Associate, your work ensures our tent vinyl meets high quality and appearance standards — helping our teams deliver event spaces that look as impressive as the moments they host.

What You’ll Prepare, Clean & Protect Every Day
This is a hands‑on role focused on quality, care, and readiness. You’ll move, clean, dry, and prepare vinyl materials using proven processes that keep our inventory event‑ready and in top condition.
  • Move vinyl materials from receiving areas to cleaning and processing areas
  • Transport cleaned vinyl to drying, staging, or storage locations
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent damage during movement and processing
Vinyl Cleaning & Quality
  • Clean tent vinyl using company‑approved equipment and methods
  • Remove dirt, debris, and stains to meet quality and appearance standards
  • Work closely with the Vinyl Manager to prioritize cleaning based on upcoming event schedules
Drying & Preparation
  • Hang, lay out, or stage vinyl pieces to ensure proper drying
  • Inspect vinyl after cleaning for cleanliness, damage, or wear
  • Fold, roll, and prepare vinyl according to company guidelines for storage or reuse

Inventory Readiness & Support
  • Package cleaned vinyl so it’s ready for future events
  • Assist with staging materials for upcoming jobs
  • Report damaged, worn, or unusable vinyl to the Vinyl Manager
Work Area & Safety
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and processing spaces
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Wear required PPE and safely operate assigned tools or equipment
  • Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately

What You Bring to the Build

You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you do need a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team‑first mindset. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping operations organized, accurate, and moving forward.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous warehouse, cleaning, or general labor experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Good time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Dependable, safety‑conscious, and ready to contribute

  • Extra Tools in Your Toolbox
While not required, additional experience can help you hit the ground running and grow faster in the role. These skills are a plus and can set you apart as a strong contributor on the dock team.
  • Familiarity with warehouse or material‑handling environments
  • Experience working with cleaning processes or equipment
  • Comfort handling large or bulky materials
