Vinyl Printing, Graphics & Automotive Shop Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Graphics & Website Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with automotive products, design, printing, e-commerce operations, and social media content.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, highly organized, enjoys cars, and can handle a variety of daily tasks ranging from artwork creation and vinyl production to website updates, order processing, and social media support.

Duties

• Create and modify daily artwork and graphics for automotive products
• Operate vinyl printers and cutters for decal and graphics production
• Prepare, weed, and organize printed vinyl graphics
• Manage website product listings, updates, and product information
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Upload and maintain product content across online marketplaces and websites
• Assist with social media content creation and posting
• Create basic photo/video content for products, installs, and shop projects
• Help maintain and grow company presence on social media platforms
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Assist with inventory organization and product management
• Work with the team on new product ideas and automotive-related projects

Nice to Have (Preferred Experience)

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Experience using Flexi or similar vinyl design/printing software
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce
• Experience with vinyl printing and cutting equipment (HP Latex Printers/Cutters)
• Experience installing automotive vinyl, decals, or window graphics
• Experience with vinyl vehicle wraps or car window tinting installations (a plus)
• Car detailing experience, including interior and exterior detailing
• Experience managing or posting on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Basic photo/video editing or content creation experience is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
