Policy Issue Support Specialist

As a Policy Issue Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Policy Issue Department by ensuring the accurate assembly, processing, and distribution of policy documents.

As a Policy Issue Support Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Checking all policy print for accuracy, assembling packets, and mailing completed print packets with required enclosures
Including product‑specific forms and inserts in policy packets
Requesting supplies from the Lead Print Specialist and maintaining adequate stock to ensure uninterrupted workflow
Reviewing and reporting incorrect or questionable policy print to the Lead Print Specialist
Re‑mailing returned policy contracts within required time standards
Scanning and routing applications and policy documents
Notifying the Production Manager of daily production
Completing all required training sessions within designated time frames
Working daily reports to ensure state‑specific compliance
Keeping daily counts of paper applications and transmitted applications received
Assisting the Senior Print Specialist with FirstNet reporting and uploads as needed
Locating and retrieving historical original documents from storage
Conducting company business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct
We’re looking for someone who:
Is known for strong attention to detail and accuracy
Stands out for excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Demonstrates strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities
Is recognized for reliability and the ability to follow direction well
Has experience working independently and as part of a team
Holds a high school diploma or GED
Has strong computer skills, including MS Office, and learns new systems quickly
Can stand for 3–4 hours daily and lift 10–15 pounds throughout the day
Adapts well to procedural and organizational changes
Maintains a positive, learning‑oriented attitude
Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves daily communication with internal team members and leadership
