As a <b>Policy Issue Support Specialist</b>, you&rsquo;ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p>
Checking all policy print for accuracy, assembling packets, and mailing completed print packets with required enclosures</p></li><li><p>
Including product‑specific forms and inserts in policy packets</p></li><li><p>
Requesting supplies from the Lead Print Specialist and maintaining adequate stock to ensure uninterrupted workflow</p></li><li><p>
Reviewing and reporting incorrect or questionable policy print to the Lead Print Specialist</p></li><li><p>
Re‑mailing returned policy contracts within required time standards</p></li><li><p>
Scanning and routing applications and policy documents</p></li><li><p>
Notifying the Production Manager of daily production</p></li><li><p>
Completing all required training sessions within designated time frames</p></li><li><p>
Working daily reports to ensure state‑specific compliance</p></li><li><p>
Keeping daily counts of paper applications and transmitted applications received</p></li><li><p>
Assisting the Senior Print Specialist with FirstNet reporting and uploads as needed</p></li><li><p>
Locating and retrieving historical original documents from storage</p></li><li><p>
Conducting company business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the iA Financial Group Code of Conduct</p></li></ul><div></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Determines what requests should be forwarded for review by other departments or management.</p></li><li><p>

Becomes familiar with the details of Company products and policies, and a working knowledge of where to get assistance in responding to inquiries.</p></li><li><p>
