Vinyl Wrapping Technician

Fixen Technical Services LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Wrapping Technician to join our growing maintenance, fit-out, and renovation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying premium vinyl finishes to furniture, kitchens, cabinets, doors, walls, and other interior surfaces for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl wraps on furniture, doors, cabinets, kitchens, wall panels, partitions, and other interior surfaces.
• Measure, cut, align, and apply vinyl materials to achieve clean, seamless, and professional results.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, leveling, and priming as required before installation.
• Perform repairs, touch-ups, replacements, and re-wrapping of damaged or worn finishes.
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and site instructions to ensure accurate execution.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and project teams to maintain efficient workflow and timely project completion.
• Properly handle, store, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all company policies, health and safety procedures, and site regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Vinyl Wrapping Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of vinyl application techniques, tools, materials, and finishing standards.
• Experience working on residential and commercial fit-out or renovation projects.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures and proper material handling.
• UAE experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, joinery, furniture restoration, or decorative finishing.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
