Key Accountability Areas:
Violations Management
● Log and track all violations raised by regulators in the system with high accuracy.
● Prepare and file objections to violations in alignment with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
● Monitor and follow up on the status of objections to ensure timely resolution.
● Conduct root-cause analysis to identify recurring issues and propose corrective actions.
● Support the compliance team in implementing preventive measures to avoid future violations.
● Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on violations, trends, and objection outcomes.
● Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
● Highlight trends and recommend improvements.
Governance and Resilience
● Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and
consistent manner.
● Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance
effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience
● 0 – 1 years of relevant experience.
● Basic knowledge of compliance, regulatory processes, and data analysis.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
Education and Certifications
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics,
Compliance, Law).
