Job Description

We are a luxury transportation company serving high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 executives, diplomats, and VIP guests. We’re seeking a polished, reliable, and energetic VIP Airport Greeter to represent our brand as the first point of contact at Logan International Airport.

This is a client-facing role — you'll meet passengers inside the terminal, assist with luggage, and escort them through the airport to their awaiting chauffeur. You'll help navigate the airport’s complexities with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet passengers inside the terminal upon arrival
• Professionally assist with luggage and escort to vehicle
• Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and chauffeurs
• Navigate airport terminals and traffic areas confidently
• Maintain a polished and professional presence at all times
• Document greets, report issues, and relay updates to dispatch
• Occasionally assist with office, fleet, or light chauffeur tasks (optional based on interest/experience)

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor — client-facing presence is a must
• English fluency (spoken and written)
• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be comfortable working independently and handling high-end clientele
• Prior experience at Logan Airport a major plus
• Must be able to lift luggage up to 50 lbs

Compensation

• $22 – $30 per hour, depending on experience and flexibility
• Most greets average 2 hours per job
