Kayzin Talent Partner is supporting a global leader in the digital trading and financial services sector in their search for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their expanding VIP Relationship Management team.


This newly created position will play a pivotal role in the company’s regional growth strategy across the GCC , focusing on cultivating long-term, high-value client relationships and driving engagement within an established portfolio.


About the Role

This is a strategic, relationship-driven role that goes beyond traditional account management. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to key clients — understanding their goals, providing tailored support, and enhancing their overall experience. You’ll collaborate closely with global and regional teams to shape and execute the VIP strategy while leveraging your network to identify new growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with high-value clients across the GCC region, delivering a personalised, high-touch experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio, ensuring responsiveness, trust, and consistent service excellence.
  • Utilise data and client insights to identify opportunities for engagement, growth, and long-term retention.
  • Focus on retail clients rather than institutional accounts , providing tailored service and strategic relationship management.
  • Partner with internal teams across Product, Operations, and Strategy to continuously improve the client experience.
  • Represent the brand at regional events and client functions, strengthening visibility and relationships in the market.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and customer behaviours to support regional strategic planning.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing High-Net-Worth (HNW) or VIP client relationships , ideally within financial services, fintech, crypto, or private banking .
  • A strong network within the GCC region and the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (additional languages an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive client engagement and business growth through trusted, relationship-led strategies.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders.
