VIP Concierge – Elite Clients - English Version

Role Overview:

We are seeking a VIP Concierge with a strong background in luxury hospitality, VIP services, or private concierge to manage high-profile clients and Elite influencers.

This role requires exceptional communication, discretion, and the ability to deliver flawless service under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage VIP & Elite clients with a high-touch, personalized service approach

- Handle Elite influencers (confirmations, schedules, special requests)

- Coordinate visits, experiences, and last-minute changes smoothly

- Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, calls, and email

- Resolve issues calmly and proactively without escalation

- Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after campaigns

-Maintain full confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

- Background in VIP Concierge, 5 Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, Private Clubs, Aviation, or UHNW services

- Excellent English (Arabic is a strong plus)

- Calm, polished, service-driven personality

- Strong follow-up and attention to detail

- Comfortable working under pressure and with high expectations

- Flexible working hours when needed (VIP operations)

Preferred Profile:

- Former hotel concierge / guest relations

- Private PA or lifestyle manager

- Luxury retail client Eling (LV, Dior, Rolex, etc.)

نبذة عن الدور:

نبحث عن كونسيرج كبار الشخصيات بخبرة في الضيافة الفاخرة أو خدمات الـVIP لإدارة عملاء النخبة والمؤثرين المميزين.

يتطلب الدور احترافية عالية، هدوء تحت الضغط، وقدرة على تقديم تجربة استثنائية.

المهام الوظيفية:

- إدارة عملاء كبار الشخصيات بأسلوب راقٍ وخدمة شخصية عالية المستوى

- التنسيق الكامل مع مؤثري النخبة (التأكيدات، المواعيد، الطلبات الخاصة)

- التعامل مع التغييرات الطارئة بسلاسة واحترافية

- التواصل الرسمي عبر الواتساب والمكالمات والبريد الإلكتروني

- حل أي مشكلات بهدوء ودون تصعيد

- ضمان رضا العميل قبل وأثناء وبعد الحملة

- الالتزام التام بالسرية والمهنية

المتطلبات:

- خبرة سابقة في الكونسيرج، الفنادق الفاخرة، الأندية الخاصة، الطيران الخاص، أو خدمات كبار الشخصيات

- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (العربية ميزة قوية)

- شخصية هادئة ولبقة وموجهة للخدمة

- مهارة عالية في المتابعة والتنظيم

- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومع توقعات عالية

- المرونة في أوقات العمل عند الحاجة

يفضل من لديه خبرة في

- كونسيرج فنادق 5 نجوم

- مساعد شخصي لكبار الشخصيات

- إدارة عملاء في علامات فاخرة (لويس فيتون، ديور، رولكس…)
