The VIP Guest Service Ambassador is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to high-profile and VIP guests within the theme park. This role ensures a premium guest experience by offering dedicated support, priority services, and seamless coordination throughout the guest’s visit. The Ambassador maintains a professional and polished image while representing the brand at the highest level of hospitality standards.

VIP Guest Relations

  • Welcome VIP guests upon arrival and provide a warm, personalized introduction to the park’s services and attractions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all VIP guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Escort guests to attractions, lounges, restaurants, and reserved areas as required.
  • Manage VIP reservations, fast-track entries, and access to premium experiences.

Experience Coordination

  • Ensure smooth coordination with ride operators, F&B, entertainment teams, and security to deliver a seamless VIP experience.
  • Monitor guest flow and visit patterns to anticipate needs and maintain high satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest concerns with tact and efficiency, escalating only when necessary.

Service Excellence

  • Uphold the highest level of hospitality standards, ensuring all guest interactions reflect the company’s brand and service culture.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences (dining, attractions, shows, etc.).
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of all park attractions, schedules, promotions, and VIP offerings.

Operational Support

  • Assist with VIP lounge operations, including check-in, refreshments, seating arrangements, and guest comfort.
  • Record and report guest feedback, incidents, and service metrics to the Guest Experience Manager.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, guest relations or theme park operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with a strong customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred

  • Previous experience serving VIP or high-profile guests.
  • Background in luxury hotels, airlines, theme parks, or premium entertainment venues.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar’s hospitality standards and cultural expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,050.00 per month
