We are seeking a performance-driven Relationship Manager to join our client's VIP Account Management team in Dubai, UAE.


In this role, you will manage a portfolio of high-value customers for a leading technology platform, delivering exceptional, personalized service to drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to foster strong, trusted relationships with top-tier clients, enabling them to maximize value through customized support, strategic insights, and enhanced product engagement.


Note: Arabic language skills are needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Deliver white-glove service, ensuring exceptional client experiences and high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive client retention and revenue growth through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with clients to understand their needs and align with platform capabilities.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role, especially with HNWI / VIP clients.
  • Prior experience in the finance, welath management, client-focused, fintech or crypto exchange space.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
