Job Title: VIP Waiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Captain Waiter to lead our dining team in providing exceptional food service to our camp residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing food setup, presentation, and service, as well as managing our dining team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership: Supervise and manage our dining team, including waiters, cooks, and kitchen staff.

2. Food Service: Oversee food setup, presentation, and service to ensure high-quality dining experiences.

3. Menu Overview: Assist with menu overview and food ordering to ensure menu items are available and meet dietary requirements.

4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to camp residents and guests.

6. Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

7. Team Training: Train and develop our dining team to ensure they provide excellent service and maintain high standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a camp or hospitality setting.

2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Food Safety Certification: Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.

5. Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects.

Nice to Have:

1. Culinary Experience: Experience in culinary arts or food preparation.

2. First Aid Certification: First aid certification or willingness to obtain.

3. Team Management: Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
