Viral Reels Creator & Video Editor

Ethisol is a digital marketing firm that helps brands grow through creative storytelling, design innovation, and data-driven strategy. We’re looking for a Viral Reels Creator & Editor who has a strong sense of trends, visual storytelling, and creative timing to produce scroll-stopping short-form content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit viral, trend-based Reels and short videos for social media.
• Research trends, sounds, and formats on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Plan and execute creative concepts that align with Ethisol’s and clients’ brands.
• Work with the marketing and design teams to develop visual storytelling ideas.
• Add captions, effects, transitions, and trending music to videos for maximum engagement.
• Optimize content for each platform’s format and algorithm.
• Brainstorm and test new video ideas weekly to improve reach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing or social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and YouTube Shorts.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
• Creative mindset with attention to storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics.
• Knowledge of social media metrics and how to create shareable content.
• Must be comfortable shooting short-form content using a phone or camera.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer-style video creation or meme culture.
