About the opportunity:
We currently have four (4) openings for the position of Virtual Account Manager. This is a hybrid position (work from home and in-office) based at our Round Rock, Texas office. Reporting to the Virtual Sales Business Manager, the Virtual Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing current base business, and establishing long-term loyalty.
More specifically, you will:
- 
Leverage existing account relationships to develop sales of products within the assigned territory
- 
Assess customer's needs and presenting products and services, i.e. AIT, skin testing devices, and PRE-PEN
- 
Contact accounts monthly to develop relationships and increase our business
- 
Review sales reports monthly to identify sales trends
Keep management updated regarding sales activity by completing administrative requests according to each respective deadline which includes:
- 
Keeping Outlook calendar updated with all appointments and planned meetings
- 
Entering notes and updates into CRM upon the completion or every sales interaction; updates should entail account status/comments and/or competitive information; weekly minimum of 100 updates required
- 
Maintaining sales pipeline

Updating sales management monthly concerning the- 
Quarterly landing estimates

Participate in Sales training courses that ALK, Inc. will have on a regular basis in the future

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- 
High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- 
0-3 years experience in a sales role preferred
-
