Virtual Admin & Sales Support (Trucking / Mechanics Industry)

Tethorix Technologies is hiring a Virtual Admin & Sales Support professional to be placed with one of our Australian clients in the trucking and mechanics industry. While you will be directly employed by Tethorix Technologies, your day-to-day work will involve supporting our client’s sales and operations team remotely.

We are looking for someone who has industry knowledge of car/truck spare parts and mechanics, along with strong administrative and sales support skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and sales support to our Australian client.
  • Handle customer inquiries (phone, email, online) with professionalism.
  • Prepare quotes, invoices, reports, and other sales documentation.
  • Manage and update spare parts inventory records and supplier contacts.
  • Coordinate with mechanics, suppliers, and operators for parts procurement and service scheduling.
  • Enter and maintain data in CRM and reporting systems.
  • Support sales team by identifying customer requirements and recommending solutions.
  • Work effectively within Australian business hours.

Requirements

  • Experience in trucking, automotive, or mechanical services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of car/truck spare parts and mechanical concepts.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Strong admin and organisational skills with proficiency in MS Office & online tools.
  • Ability to work remotely from India with stable internet, laptop/PC, and professional setup.
  • Willingness to align with Australian time zones (AEST/AEDT).

Must Required

  • Previous experience in admin or sales support roles for trucking/automotive companies.
  • Familiarity with logistics, fleet, or workshop operations.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Very good understanding of using CRM's
  • Well versed with Ms word. Excel. Powerpoint
