JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:
Responsible for meeting the scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks set and that all guidelines and regulatory requirements are followed. So that the VRM becomes the top-of-the-mind recall amongst the customers in the catchment for all their financial needs and services, thereby ensuring that the VRM also achieves the key performance parameters set.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

To enhance customer relationships & while doing so, educate, encourage and motivate customers to use digital media for their banking transactions/needs while maintaining a “window” to talk to the bank whenever the customer needs.

Accurate logging and resolution of complaints.

Attrition control of customers.

Regular interactions with the customers and proactively assessing customer needs.

Executes banking campaigns in coordination with concerned business units in order to achieving sales and customer acquisition targets.

Advisory and Consultation Providing personalized financial advice and recommending suitable banking products that align with customers’ financial goals.

Follow-Up and Relationship Maintenance Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure positive engagement and loyalty, seeking feedback to enhance service quality.

Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.

Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
-
2-4 years relevant experience in the banking sector
Language:
English: Intermediate
