Virtual Assistant – Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant, We provide comprehensive administrative and client support to ensure seamless business operations. VA's job involves managing communications, handling documentation, and efficiently working across multiple CRM platforms to streamline processes and support both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, complete, and organize documents; send them to clients for signatures and follow-up.
  • Manage client communications through email, text, and video calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Handle email inboxes, including sorting, responding, and prioritizing messages.
  • Operate and maintain multiple CRMs (Astalty, Splose, HPA Plus, Nookal) to support business functions:
  • Generate invoices and process client charges.
  • Add new clients and maintain client records/files.
  • Input shifts, appointments, and scheduling updates.
  • Manage client fundings and billing details.
  • Coordinate and communicate with team members to complete tasks assigned by clients.
  • Schedule, manage, and update appointments within CRMs to ensure smooth client interactions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Astalty, Splose, HPA Plus, Nookal).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documents, invoices, and scheduling.
  • Collaborative and proactive in supporting clients and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs42,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
