Hiring of Space for Office

Request for Sealed Quotations (RFQ)

Location: Safe & Secure with corporate environment surrounding in Islamabad Main City

Overview:
We are requesting for sealed quotes/proposals for the space of approximately 2,500 square feet covered area, which will be used primarily for office space. The building should be constructed with concrete and include the following specifications:

1. Space requirements:

• Approximately Size: Approximately 2,500 square feet covered area
• The building must make provision for goods and passengers lifts (if multi storey building)
• 24 hour security services in the building (with access control)
• Cleaning Services of the building and surrounding area
• Back-up generator power supply must be available in the event of power failure for the entire building.
• Water supply for restroom and kitchen facilities.
• Central Heating/Cooling systems installed and maintenance by the owner.

• Appropriate, safe and covered parking space for around 30-35 vehicles for staff.

• Availability of small, medium and large meeting rooms on rental basis.
• In-building or near cafe / restaurants for staff meals.

3. Execution Timeline:

• Start Date: 16-Nov-2025.
• Duration: The Contract will be made for 1 year initially with possible continuation upon mutual consent of both the parties.

4. Cost:
We are expecting a quotation for hiring of space on cost per square feet basis inclusive of all taxes

5. Delivery of Quote:
We would appreciate receiving your quotation in a sealed envelope by 5:00pm of 26th September 2025 at Jhpiego Islamabad Office.
