We are seeking a highly organized and proactive VA/Administrative Assistant to support our team with administrative, communication, and client management tasks. This is an onsite role, only for females and prior experience in handling international clients is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, messages, and client communication in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring smooth calendar management.
- Draft, proofread, and edit reports, proposals, blogs, and social media content.
- Assist with social media management and customer support as needed.
- Maintain and organize digital files, documents, and records.
- Utilize and manage CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoom, or similar tools for seamless client interactions.
- Track and manage tasks using project management tools like ClickUp or Trello.
- Provide general administrative support to senior executives.
- Experience with upwork bidding is plus.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a focus on international client handling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling high-level administrative responsibilities while maintaining excellent client relationships.
