Virtual Assistant

• Strong background in business and corporate communication, with excellent written and spoken English
• Familiarity with Philippine government procedures, regulations, and permit processing
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; able to efficiently research online and identify relevant, reliable information
• Capable of producing basic architectural drawings (floor plans and perspectives), either hand-drawn or using software such as SketchUp or similar tools
• Preferred: Technically inclined and comfortable understanding technical concepts and jargon
• Highly advantageous: Basic IT skills, including network troubleshooting and elementary Linux knowledge

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
