Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid background in office management. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable working in a virtual environment.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and calendar management
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and handle customer service inquiries with professionalism
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Offer customer support through various channels, ensuring timely responses to inquiries
  • Organize office operations and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing personal assistant responsibilities

Skills

  • Experience with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
  • Bilingual skills are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clients
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Previous office experience with a focus on clerical tasks and customer service is essential
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and filing
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer support capabilities
