CS Outsource is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our growing short-term rental operations. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Assist guests with bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and general support.

Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Manage calendars, reservations, and administrative tasks.

Maintain accurate records and update CRM/property management systems.

Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Customer Service, Virtual Assistance, Hospitality, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Availability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore.
