Position Overview
Work Generations is looking for a confident and professional Female Virtual Assistant / Call Representative with strong communication skills and experience in handling client communication, calls, scheduling, and administrative support.
The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with international clients in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and messages
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Maintain records, reports, and follow-ups
- Provide administrative and virtual assistance support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
- Handle client inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Maintain professional communication with international clients
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Call Representative, or Customer Support Representative
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and customer handling skills
Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience working with international clients
- Experience in software house, IT services, or corporate environment
- Familiarity with CRM or communication tools
