Key Responsibilities:
CRM Management (Mandatory Requirement)
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including updating client records, leads, and follow-ups
- Track client communications, opportunities, and sales pipeline progress
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Manage daily workflows and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and structured data systems
- Ensure smooth operational processes across ongoing projects
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely task completion
- Handle client follow-ups and administrative correspondence
Lead Generation & Administrative Support
- Conduct lead generation, prospect research, and outreach
- Maintain and update lead databases
- Track and monitor lead progress and engagement
Tools & Design Skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Jira
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop (design skills are required)
- Create professional visual and marketing materials when required
Google Workspace Expertise
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar
- Manage schedules, reports, and documentation effectively
Time Management & Problem-Solving
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proactive approach to resolving operational challenges
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (CRM experience is mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in administrative support and lead generation
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workspace
- Basic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM)
