About the Role
Brandix Soft looking to hire an experienced Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative based in Pakistan. The role involves handling customer communications and administrative support for our UK customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

This position is ideal for someone with previous experience working with UK clients, particularly in plumbing or other home service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from UK customers professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or CRM
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel service appointments
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
• Update job details, customer records, and notes in the system
• Coordinate daily schedules with UK-based engineers/technicians
• Follow up with customers for confirmations, feedback, and reviews

Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate when necessary

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Service Representative
• Strong experience handling UK customers (mandatory)
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner
• Experience with service-based businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, cleaning, etc.)
• Ability to work UK time zone hours consistently
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call-handling tools, and Google Workspace
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Previous experience working with UK plumbing or home service companies
• Experience managing high call volumes
• Knowledge of UK customer service standards and expectations
