Overview:
We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and self-driven Virtual Assistant who can keep operations running smoothly across administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. This role demands strong ownership, fast execution, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces without dropping the ball.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and calendar coordination.
  • Handle emails, follow-ups, and communication on behalf of the leadership team.
  • Prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and organize project-related documents.
  • Support with research, data entry, CRM updates, and task tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, meeting notes, and summaries.
  • Monitor and follow up on deliverables to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain confidentiality around all client and company information.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Executive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, MS Office, CRMs, and basic project management tools.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems without waiting for instructions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools like Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Trello.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
