Overview

Our client is a leading eCommerce company in Denmark seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant – Influencer Outreach Specialist to join their marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing influencer collaborations, outreach campaigns, and communication across social media platforms. This role requires excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple relationships and tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Manage influencer communication, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and performance tracking.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of influencer contacts and campaign statuses.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer activities with campaign goals.
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach progress and campaign performance.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to influencer management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in influencer outreach or social media marketing.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with influencer management tools or CRMs is a plus.
• Previous experience working with European or eCommerce clients is preferred.
