Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and energetic Virtual Assistant Remote to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent Excel skills, strong communication abilities, a sharp memory, and a responsible attitude. You will play a key role in task management, note-taking, and overall administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and tracking task assignments
- Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and spreadsheets
- Take clear and concise meeting notes and summarize key action points
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, and file organization
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely manner
- Maintain and update records, databases, and CRM systems
- Conduct online research and prepare summaries or reports as required
- Assist with social media scheduling and basic content posting
- Coordinate tasks and follow up on assigned projects to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong memory and attention to detail
- Responsible, energetic, and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexible with working hours
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
Timings: Night Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM - Monday to Friday)
