We are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive to manage our content publishing, social media engagement, and content calendar execution across multiple projects.

Position: Social Media & Content Executive

The Social Media & Content Executive will be responsible for executing content calendars, publishing blogs, managing social channels, and engaging with communities. This role requires someone creative, organized, and proactive — with an eye for trends and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Calendar & Planning

  • Maintain and execute the content calendar for social media, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Ensure alignment with SEO strategies and paid campaigns.
  • Coordinate content publishing timelines with Project Coordinator and Marketing & Ads Manager.

Social Media Execution

  • Publish daily/weekly content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
  • Manage blogs, posts, reviews, ads content uploads as per schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Graphics Designer for creatives and the SEO Specialist for keyword optimization.

Community Engagement

  • Monitor social media inboxes (DMs, comments) and respond to queries.
  • Engage with followers, influencers, and brand mentions to grow community trust.
  • Support influencer tagging, reposts, and collaborations.

Content Creation & Editing

  • Assist in drafting short-form content for posts, stories, reels, and blogs.
  • Perform basic video editing for reels, shorts, and product highlights.
  • Work closely with Marketing Manager on seasonal campaigns (Valentine’s, Eid, Black Friday, etc.).

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track and report social engagement metrics (reach, followers, CTR, conversions).
  • Suggest improvements in content performance and audience engagement.
  • Support the Project Coordinator with weekly reports and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media/content management.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Experience with social scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO (keywords, blog optimization).
  • Skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere basic, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to stay proactive and follow brand guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
